Malaya Eats is a Reno-based mobile food unit that aims to share and deliver scrumptious Filipino American Cuisine using mostly organic + always real food ingredients. We constantly strive to enrich our local community by providing an exceptional culinary experience with nourishing, flavorful dishes that celebrate cultural fusion. We proudly offer food and catering services in Northern Nevada and surrounding areas.

The name “Malaya” is a Filipino/Tagalog word, which means “free.” At Malaya Eats, we value one’s freedom in culinary arts — to produce delectable food creations that are set apart from conventional recipes. We also believe that dishes are considered truly delicious when they are made free from any artificial flavor enhancers or other unnecessary ingredients. We are genuinely and intentionally on a mission to “set your taste buds free!” This is the heart of Malaya.
